Journey

What is this all about? Over the years, I‘ve built multiple design-related projects and semi-unified them under the UXcellence name. I created a very basic style guide for UXcellence when I created the site. But that was designed for writing so it focused primarily on text, with few components or other considerations.

When I created the UX Tool Belt and ColorBot, my original goal was to build them as lightweight, simple, and quickly as possible to fit within the A10k constraints. Since then, I've dreamed of unifying them with similar styles and components and building out a more full design system to create future projects from.

Journey is my first step toward that goal. I started building the system with Astro, but have since transitioned to using 11ty. This is a labor of love and learning for my own personal projects.

So here are the very first public release notes. The first step on what I hope will be a fun Journey.
